To take this responsibility serious, we require a payment to have been made through one of our payment options. We offer a 100% refund if you are unhappy with the product within the first 14 days. Simply just send us an email at – and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

We do not believe tying people down with contacts, but beyond the 14 days we do not offer refunds. If you are unsure if you will use our product please try it out, let us know within 14 days and we will resolve it. Beyond that point, if you are still unsure please use monthly subscriptions so you quickly can get out of it. Once you have decided not to use us anymore, please cancel your subscription under “Settings” – and we simply won’t charge your payment option again until you re-activate your account.
