What is MarketerButler?

It’s a SaaS committed to make your day as a marketer easier. We look at complex issues and find simple solutions for reasonable prices. We love making a difference.

How long does it take to set up?

It depends on how many apps that you want to connect. A simple set up should be ready to go within an hour from purchase.

What payment services do you support?

We accept all major credit cards + of course Paypal. We like to make it simple for you. Are you missing a payment method – please let us know.

Can I update my card details?

Yes, of course! Go to Settings -> Billing. There you can see your payment method and update it. Or if you like you can change between payment cards and Paypal if you like.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We don’t offer refunds beyond 14 days – but you simply just cancel it and it won’t renew.

Can I get refund?

Well. We exist to make your life easier. As we don’t offer free trails – we offer up to 14 days No-Questions asked refund! Straight back to your payment card. Just get in touch!

What if I want to change plans?

It’s quick and easy to either upgrade or downgrade. Just go to Settings -> Billing.
